SATISFIED CUSTOMER STORIESYvette's StoryI met Wendel at EzeeCredit when I was in a desperate situation and needed to purchase a vehicle. Because of an abusive marriage breakdown I was forced into bankruptcy due to my husband's irresponsible financial decisions which resulted in me having no credit. I had a leased vehicle that was due for a return. I was denied credit by the original dealer even though I have faithfully made my payments for the last four years. Not being released from my bankruptcy yet I was not able to find anyone that would lease or sell me a vehicle.
I was days from being without a vehicle. Being a single mother with four sons, having my 84 year old mother who needs care living with us, having a full time job and many other obligations, the impact of not having a vehicle would have been great. I was directed to Wendel by my Trustee.
Wendel was my last hope. From the moment I met Wendel I was put at ease. I will be honest, after all the rejection in the previous few weeks, I was not holding on to much hope. Wendel changed all that. He gave me all his attention, he heard every word I said and made me feel like I mattered. His compassion and genuine concern for my situation restored my faith in that there still are people out there that care about people. I am so grateful to Wendel, and everyone else involved, for going over and above their duty.

Marilyn's StoryShortly after the snow began to melt and our Christmas expenses were finally paid, our 1992 Ford Explorer that had over 400,000 kilometers on it, gave in and we were forced to find a vehicle. With two of the worst credit histories possible, as a result of our failed marriages and the need to rebuild our lives from scratch, we had been turned down repeatedly from the mainstream avenues of auto financing. While working on-line one morning, I decided to visit the Ezee Credit website after hearing the advertisement over the radio a few times. The site was very well put together and quite user-friendly so I ventured forward in what I figured was my last attempt to get us into something. The website answered all of my preliminary questions and I was quite surprised to find a place that would not only help us purchase a vehicle but would help us to re-establish our credit record. Even though I was a little unsure if they were on the "up and up", I filled out the application anyway and I received a call the next day. A very pleasant representative offered to set up a time that was convenient for me to come in and talk about what they could do for us. On the day we met, I explained that we travel quite a bit with our kids to tournaments and that we both work out of town hoping that my pre-conceived notion of being put into a tiny little compact car and having a huge payment would be something they wouldn't do. Still quite cautious, I left the sales associate with my personal information and he told me that he had the perfect vehicle for us right out on the lot. I was shocked. It was sporty, low kilometers, roomy, and loaded. A beautiful SUV. I figured there was no way we could afford those payments. And I was wrong. The sales team came up with a plan that suited our budget nicely. And even at this point I honestly still thought that this was going to be too good to be true. We test drove it a couple of days later and went home to sleep on it. No one called us or tried to pressure us into a quick decision. We liked that. And when the time came that we had made our decision, we were offered an extremely flexible option to make the down payment money available while living on a tight budget. The Manager at Ezee Credit personally assisted us in coming up with a creative way for us to take delivery literally three days before our truck died completely. We enjoy going in to make our payments and sharing a few laughs with the friendly office staff but more importantly, we enjoy our beautiful new truck. We certainly never imagined that anyone would help us get into a decent vehicle and at the same time help us regain that credit that we once knew. And it was so very EZEE. Marilyn W.
